Wendt & Kühn, Angel with daisy wreath on a hill of clouds
Wendt & Kühn
Angel with daisy wreath on a cloud
Height ca. 8 cm
The Angel with Marguerite Wreath has settled among fluffy cotton clouds. In its hands, it holds two bright yellow stars – as if they had just been “plucked” from the heavens.
Looking down at the Earth with a gentle smile.
This angel was designed by Olly Sommer, later Wendt, on February 2, 1925. It is one of the very first examples of the Marguerite Angels she created alongside Grete Wendt. To mark the 100th anniversary of the Marguerite Angels, it is making a return to the collection and will be exclusively manufactured in 2025.
A special stamp on the base of the figurine will serve as a lasting reminder of this milestone for years to come.
